Training Brokerage

Compass works with a broad cross section of internationally qualified trainers every year who speak on a range of health, welfare, education and other practice related themes. We also have access to other trainers through our broad network of contacts in the academic and practice worlds so if you are looking for some targeted training for your workplace, or you are in need of a local or international keynote speaker for an upcoming conference or event, then why not use our connections to get just the right person for you.

To discuss your requirements call us on 06 7591647, or email us at office@compass.ac.nz and we will get back to you to organise a consultation.

We can bring many of our trainers  to speak to your office, conference or other training event. Please contact our office to discuss you needs and request a quote.

Here’s what some of our regular training brokerage clients say about our service:

"We have used Compass’ training brokerage service several times to arrange training specific to the needs of our office. They bring trainers both to our workplace or to a convenient off site venue, which ensures a greater number of our staff can attend. Workplace based training also allows the material to be tailored specifically to our needs (which is not always possible in a publicly advertised event).

Compass have also arranged a US based trainer for us as part of a ministry funded national training initiative. This would have been difficult to organise without Compass and their expertise and experience in event management meant everything came together in a seamless way.
Compass have always arranged training in a very competent and professional manner and do not overlook the importance of the personal touches."

"The South Auckland Caregivers Association has booked a number of trainers through Compass to present to our network of caregivers and associated agencies. Using Compass to source this training talent has made our job a lot easier and they have taken care of all of the organisational aspects on our behalf e.g. flights, transfers, trainer accommodation etc.

We have always found the trainers to be of a top quality and have no hesitation in recommending Compass' training brokerage service to anyone planning a training event who wants to take some of the pressure associated with pulling it together away."
